The Bohm-Bawerk — Mises time preference concept has a huge problem

“…the assumption that, all else being equal, people prefer a given end to be achieved sooner rather than later.”

All else being equal implies no economic time has passed. Because there if there is no change there is no time. Time implies change, and change implies time.
